Beyle (Berta) Friedberg (Yiddish: בּיילע פֿרידבּערג; 3 May 1864 – 15 October 1944), best known by the pen names Isabella (Yiddish: איזאַבּעלאַ) and Isabella Arkadevna Grinevskaya (Russian: Изабелла Аркадьевна Гриневская), was a Russian-Jewish novelist, poet, and dramatist. As a translator, she translated into Russian works from Polish, German, French, Italian, Armenian, and Georgian.
