  • L.A.P.D. stood for %22Love And Peace Dude%22 and later on %22Laughing As People Die%22. The band was active from 1989-1993. L.A.P.D. is James %22Munky%22 Shaffer, David Silveria, Reginald %22Fieldy%22 Arvizu together with the singer %22Richard Morill%22 (often misspelled Moral/Morales). Because of a drug addiction Morill stept out of the band. David, Munky and Fieldy went on and found a new voice.
