From 1925 to 1932 he also served as Austrian ambassador to Germany. Felix Frank (* 31. Oktober 1876 in Wien; † 26. Februar 1957 in Kitzbühel) war ein österreichischer Politiker (Großdeutsche Volkspartei). Felix Frank absolvierte ein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (Dr. iur.). Er war in der Generalstaatsanwaltschaft tätig. In der Ersten Republik war er Mitglied der Reichsparteileitung der Großdeutschen Volkspartei. Von 1920 bis 1925 war er Abgeordneter zum Nationalrat, von 1922 (Bundesregierung Seipel I) bis 1924 Vizekanzler. In den Jahren 1925 bis 1932 war er österreichischer Gesandter in Berlin. Frank verfasste auch strafrechtliche Fachliteratur.
