Mariano Sánchez de Loria (24 September 1774–2 August 1842) was a Bolivian-born statesman and lawyer. He was a representative to the Congress of Tucumán which on 9 July 1816 declared the Independence of Argentina. Sánchez de Loria was born in Chuquisaca and gained his doctorate in jurisprudence and canonical laws at the university there. He supported the revolution in that city in 1809 and was elected by Charcas to the Tucumán Congress, serving in 1816 for the declaration. He backed the idea of an Incan constitutional monarchy for the United Provinces of the River Plate.

Sánchez de Loria nació en La Plata, denominación que tuvo la actual Sucre (Bolivia) durante el Virreinato del Perú entre los años 1538-1776, y obtuvo su doctorado en jurisprudencia y leyes canónicas en esa ciudad. Apoyó la revolución en su ciudad en 1809 y, en 1816, fue elegido como diputado por Charcas para el Congreso de Tucumán. Fue uno de los que apoyó el proyecto de una monarquía a cargo de una familia real inca para las Provincias Unidas del Río de la Plata. Después del Congreso se mudó a Buenos Aires y continuó trabajando como abogado allí. Alrededor de 1817 su esposa murió y retornó entonces a Chuquisaca donde fue ordenado como sacerdote, convirtiéndose luego en canónigo de la Catedral de Charcas. Cuando murió ejercía de párroco de Tacobamba en Potosí.

Around 1817 his wife died and he returned to his hometown and was ordained a priest, becoming a canon at Charcas Cathedral. When he died he was a priest at Tacobamba in Potosí.
